  The Chapter Incentive Program (CHIP) is a revenue sharing program that offers chapters an opportunity to earn additional revenue. CHIPs includes national memberships, conference registrations, and books published by ASTD.

Getting Involved
Contact the membership committee chair to express your area of interest. He/she will be able to guide you in learning about the volunteer opportunities that are currently available and will arrange for the appropriate chapter leader to contact you. You will find that by getting more involved in the chapter, you will gain much more than you give.

 

The Central Pennsylvania Chapter of ASTD supports the professional growth of human resource professionals in the Central Pennsylvania Area. We are dedicated to serving the professional needs of our members, their employing organizations, and the communities in which they are located.

Our chapter provides professional high caliber programs and services to our members. We have won National and Regional awards from ASTD for effective chapter management, communications, membership retention and membership growth. But equally important to us is our reputation for being a chapter full of warmth and good old Central PA hospitality. We feel strongly that we learn more and accomplish more when we're having fun!
