The Chapter Incentive Program (CHIP) is a revenue sharing program that offers chapters an opportunity to earn additional revenue. CHIPs includes national memberships, conference registrations, and books published by ASTD.

Online Membership Application
- To attend our programs on topics related to training, human resource development, organization development and career development at a significant discount.
- To take advantage of "members only" web site information, including an on-line directory, which includes search criteria by industry and expertise.

Central PA ASTD Annual Dues
Regular Membership: $40 (new), $35 (renewal)
Full-time Student Membership: $25 (new), $20 (renewal)
National ASTD Annual Dues
New/Renewal Membership: $199
Membership for Chapter Leaders*: $100
Please note that Chapter Leaders need to be members of Central PA ASTD Chapter and National ASTD.
