The Chapter Incentive Program (CHIP) is a revenue sharing program that offers chapters an opportunity to earn additional revenue. CHIPs includes national memberships, conference registrations, and books published by ASTD.

ASTD, formally called the American Society for Training and Development (local chapter and national association), is the world’s largest professional organization in the field of training and human resource development. The Central PA Chapter is an official chapter of this organization and meets its CORE requirements for chapters.
Membership dues are paid separately to each organization. You can belong to either the local chapter or the national association without having a membership with the other, although we encourage membership in both.
If you are joining or renewing your membership with the national association, registering for
National ASTD conference, or purchasing a resource from their website, please include our chapter code “CH2007” By doing this, the national association will share a portion of the revenues with our chapter. In turn, we can use these funds to offer you additional services.
